Steps to Registration

Stage 1: GAP ANALYSIS

ISO Competitive Edge Ltd appoints the Assessor to view your Company’s procedures.

Stage 2: SET UP AND IMPLEMENTATION

The assessment report on completion by the Assessor is forwarded to the ISO consultant to prepare the necessary documentation and the setup and implementation is carried out.

Stage 3: APPROVING SYSTEM

The Client reviews the manuals and templates to ensure the accuracy of the documents. On completion of this task the manuals should be signed where appropriate and at this stage they become the first controlled copy.

Stage 4: SYSTEMS AUDIT

On completion of the required paperwork it is returned in total and reviewed, ( stage1 audit) for final inspection and approval.

Stage 5: CERTIFICATION AUDIT

A full stage 2 audit will then take place to ensure all requirements are being met, if there is any observations or non-conformances they need to be closed out.

Stage 6: CERTIFICATE AND LOGO’S

Following a successful audit the Certificate and Logo’s are  presented and you are fully certified to the standard.

Stage 7: MAINTENANCE OF THE STANDARD

Over the next 12 months you will be contacted to arrange a visit to ensure the requirements are being met. This will consist of an overview of all facets of the Standard.

Stage 8: CERTIFICATE RENEWAL

The annual external audit is arranged on or before the anniversary of certificate.
